Intelimer Tape is a temperature-sensitive tape made by Nitta. Polymer of the adhesive can chnage its phases between sticky/non-sticky depending on temperature. This property is reversible, so tapes are reusable.
This tape is very suitable for a tentative adhesion at the process of chip cut or the green sheet lamination in MLCC production. Also, the tape is very useful as a carrier tape for touch panels or flexible LCD panels.
