SAN AID is a curing initiator that can be applied to all types of cationic epoxy, especially, various thermosetting type of adhesive, photo resist, packaging, anisotropic conductive adhesive. UV light irradiation can achieve surface curing for tentative setting.

  • Phosphorus-based products are best to get high transparency and high heat resistance (260 ℃ x 1Hr)
